The Top 100 Music Videos of 2010

Here it is folks, the top 100 music videos from the year 2010 as chosen by the users of MusicVideoJam.com. Over the course of this year, I have watched and posted over 400 quality music videos here at Music Video Jam. This list represents the cream of that crop, as voted up by the users of this website, so there’s bound to be something in here for everybody. I had added some classics over the year so, there’s a few that aren’t actually from 2010, but oh well. Some videos are marked nsfw for adult themes. I have broken the list down into 10 pages of 10 videos per page, starting with number 100 and counting down. At 4 or 5 minutes a song, there’s over 6 hours of music videos here! If you like this site, please feel free to vote on posted videos, leave comments, follow us on facebook and suggest cool videos. Enjoy and Happy New Year!

Top 10 music videos for AugustIt’s another day, another month and time for the top ten list. August seemed a little slower than usual but we still saw some interesting stuff. At number one is Joy Wellboy with a dancing mud woman in “Flush Me”. M.I.A. comes in at number two with her cheese-core designs in XXXO. We got some breakdanceing and body-poppin in black and white at number three with “Future Tidings” from Gemini Club. Actor Ray Winstone (The Departed, Sexy Beast) explains how being struck by lightning transformed his life in the music video for “The Answer”, from UNKLE, coming in at number four. Tricky is back with a new album, and video for the track “Murder Weapon” coming in at number five. Using what looks to be cheesy stock video footage, the music video for Ratatat’s track “Drugs” takes on a creepy tone and wins the number six spot on the list. “Fire In Your New Shoes” from Kaskade comes in at number seven with a catchy tune. The rambling blues ballad “You Won’t Let Me Down Again” from Isobel & Mark Lanegan is at number eight. A couple gets busy in “Melbourne” by Dom Project at number nine. And finally at number ten is “It’s On” from Roots Manuva. View the full post to see all these videos on one page. Enjoy, remember to vote and see ya next month!

In third is Alice Gold with a great video and super catchy song, “Orbiter”. In 4th It’s flamethrower vs. fire extinguisher in this creative video for “Ritalin” from the Dancing Pigeons. Massive Attack comes in at number five with the simplistic yet mesmerizing video for “United Snakes”. Number six goes to the odd yet catchy song and video “No Fucking Around” by Rafter. The number 7 spot goes to a live performance by the incredible beat-box champion, Beardyman performing at the Edinburgh Comedy Festival. At number 8 we’ve got the disturbing nsfw tale of alien love, “Super Gum” by Tobacco. Number 9 gives up some fresh rhymes and beats with “Demon” by Mouths Cradle. top 10 music video for JuneAs voted my our users, here’s Music Video Jam’s top rated videos for June 2010. At the top of the pack is Neverest by Hey Champ, apparently irresistible with it’s bizarro Dolphin shaped female anatomy. Thunderheist’s “Jerk It” is an older video, but it snuck in to #2. At number 3, Knocked Up with the “lykke li vs. rodeo remix” is very surreal and raw. Skip it if you hate fish guts! One definitely not to skip is Blockhead’s  “The Music Scene”, coming in at number 4 with it’s super cool hand drawn animation. Another hand drawn, or rather hand painted music video at number 5 with “Baby I’m Yours”, by Breakbot. Also very cool.  The Death Set – “Far Weathered Friends” at number 6, great song. At 7, Health with the music video for “Die Slow”. Very twisted (Wait until the end). Next up, Isolene by The Outline was shot for $60! Mamut, “Noches Sin Ti” comes in at #9 with a tale of missed love. Finally at number 10 we’ve got Solillaquists of Sound with a funky urban groove, “Marvel”.

Thanks everyone for visiting and remember, you can rate a video up or down with the arrows below each post.

This isn’t a music video, but a promotion for Rolling Stone magazine. I thought it was cool though, so here it is. “Semi-cylindrical fecal conglomerates”, lol. Directed by Marco Gentile.
