Top 100 Music Videos of 2011
Ok here we go, better late than never, Music Video Jam’s top 100 music videos of 2011, as voted by the users of MusicVideoJam.com. 2011 was an interesting year for music where many large acts receded to the background while many new bands made themselves known with innovative music. As usual, we cover off the beaten path music videos here, so don’t expect to see the regular pop hits here. We try and throw a little more attention towards smaller bands, artists and directors that dare to take chances and produce fun and creative stuff. Follow us on Facebook or Twitter to get automatic notices of new video posts. Use the suggest box if you want to share a cool video.

Oh, and one more thing. The currently controversial bills such as SOPA and PIPA, and other similar bills on the horizon, could destroy websites like this. Even though this website gives 100% FREE PROMOTION to artists both big and small, we link copyrighted material, and therefore would in theory be open to lawsuits and would have to either take down half the videos, or shut the site down. Seems unlikely, but the language is so vague, that it is possible.

Thanks to everyone who visits the site. Don’t forget to vote on the videos. Happy 2012!

The top 100 list is cut in to 10 pages, 10 video per page. Use the links at the bottom to go to the next page. Starting with #100…

The excellent music video for “Peace On The Rise” by Chad VanGaalen is a colorful and very bizarre animated journey though a strange alien land. Reminds me of old Heavy Metal comics. Did you find the egg salad sandwich?
