Top 10 music videos for AugustIt’s another day, another month and time for the top ten list. August seemed a little slower than usual but we still saw some interesting stuff. At number one is Joy Wellboy with a dancing mud woman in “Flush Me”. M.I.A. comes in at number two with her cheese-core designs in XXXO. We got some breakdanceing and body-poppin in black and white at number three with “Future Tidings” from Gemini Club. Actor Ray Winstone (The Departed, Sexy Beast) explains how being struck by lightning transformed his life in the music video for “The Answer”, from UNKLE, coming in at number four. Tricky is back with a new album, and video for the track “Murder Weapon” coming in at number five. Using what looks to be cheesy stock video footage, the music video for Ratatat’s track “Drugs” takes on a creepy tone and wins the number six spot on the list. “Fire In Your New Shoes” from Kaskade comes in at number seven with a catchy tune. The rambling blues ballad “You Won’t Let Me Down Again” from Isobel & Mark Lanegan is at number eight. A couple gets busy in “Melbourne” by Dom Project at number nine. And finally at number ten is “It’s On” from Roots Manuva. View the full post to see all these videos on one page. Enjoy, remember to vote and see ya next month!
